Due to the overwhelming number of requests and excitement from families, businesses, and community members, weāre thrilled to officially announce that the Heavenly Village Safe Trick or Treat for Kids event is returning for 2025!
Mark your calendars for October 31st, from 3 PM to 6 PM, as the South Shoreās largest and most family-friendly Halloween event transforms the Village into a festive and safe Halloween wonderland.
This free event will once again feature:
Over 50 candy stops throughout the village
Bounce houses, slides, zombie DJs, and live music
Firetrucks and giveaways from the South Lake Tahoe Fire & Police Departments
The crowd-favorite $1000 costume contest
Weāre proud to continue growing this beloved community tradition ā now widely considered the largest Halloween event in all of Northern California/ NV, even surpassing the long-standing Freakers Ball at Ballyās.
